What Oil Companies Do
Oil companies start by digging deep into the ground, where oil is hiding. They use big machines like tractors and drills to get it out, just like how you might dig in the sandbox to find a treasure.
Once they get the oil out, they send it to special places called refineries, where it turns into gas, the stuff that makes cars go vroom!
Oil Companies Are Like a Team
Some oil companies are like captains who run the whole show. Others help with specific jobs: some dig the oil, some transport it, and some make it ready to use.
It's like having a team of friends working together on a big project, everyone has their part, but they all work toward the same goal!
Examples
- Oil companies are like giant factories that make fuel out of oil.
