What are office workers?

Office workers are people who go to buildings every day to do important jobs that help other people.

Imagine you have a favorite toy box where all your toys live. Now imagine there's a big building across town with lots of toy boxes, and people work inside those boxes. That’s kind of like what office workers do, they go to big buildings, called offices, and use computers, paper, and phones to help make things happen.

Office workers might be writers who write stories or emails, counters who count money or numbers, or organizers who keep everything in order. Some of them send messages across the world, some solve problems, and others just help people get their work done.

It’s like having a team of helpers, each one has their own job, but together they make sure things run smoothly, just like how your toys all work well together when you play with them.
