What are migraines?

A migraine is like having a loud, annoying noise inside your head that makes it hard to think or play.

What It Feels Like

Imagine you're wearing a helmet that's too tight and starts buzzing with a radio playing your least favorite song. That’s how some people feel during a migraine, their head feels really sore, and sometimes the lights are too bright or sounds are too loud.

What Causes It

Migraines can happen when something in your body changes, like after eating a big meal, getting too little sleep, or even being upset. It's kind of like when you're playing with building blocks and suddenly one tower falls, it messes up everything else for a while.

Sometimes people get migraine headaches so often that they know what’s coming, just like knowing it's time to clean up after playing.
