What are metallic bodies?

Metallic bodies are things that shine and can be shaped easily, just like a toy car you can bend or press.

Imagine you have a ball made out of metal, like a shiny tin can. If you squeeze it with your hands, it gets squished but doesn’t break, it’s flexible! That's what makes metallic bodies special: they are strong and easy to change shape.

How They Feel

Think about the spoon in your kitchen. It's shiny, feels cool when it's in the fridge, and you can bend it a little if you try hard enough. That’s because it is also a metallic body, just like the tin can or maybe even a doorknob.

What They Can Do

When you press on them, they don’t break, they squish or stretch instead. This makes them really useful: cars, pots, and even robots are made from them because they’re strong and can move around easily.

So next time you see something shiny that feels cool and can be bent, remember, it's a metallic body!
