Just like weather can be different every day, mental health conditions can come and go. Sometimes you might feel like the sun is shining again, you’re happy and ready to play once more! Some people have one kind of weather most of the time, while others might switch between different kinds of weather.
It’s not magic, it's just how your brain works, sometimes in a special way. And that's okay! Just like we all enjoy different kinds of weather, everyone can feel different kinds of brain weather too.
