Internal stakeholders are people inside a company who care about how it does its job.
Imagine you're part of a big LEGO team building a giant castle. The internal stakeholders would be the people on your team, like your friends, your teacher, and even the person who brings the snacks. They all have a say in how the castle gets built because they’re inside the group working on it.
Who are some examples?
- Employees: Like you and your friends, you're all working together to make the castle great.
- Managers: Think of them as the leaders who help decide which parts of the castle need more bricks or colors.
- Owners: These are like the person who started the LEGO team. They want the castle to look amazing so everyone is happy.
These people are internal because they're inside the company, just like you’re inside your LEGO group. They all have different jobs but work together, kind of like how you and your friends help each other build the best castle ever!
