What are inspiring leaders?

An inspiring leader is someone who helps others believe they can do something amazing, just like a superhero who makes friends feel strong and brave.

Imagine you're playing with blocks, trying to build the tallest tower ever. It starts to wobble, and you think it's going to fall. But then your friend, who’s really good at building, comes over and says, “I believe in you! Let’s do this together!” That friend is like an inspiring leader, they make you feel powerful and ready to try harder.

1. They see the potential in others, just like how a teacher notices when you’re trying your best, even if you don’t know it yet.
2. They act with kindness, like when someone shares their last cookie because they know you’re hungry and want to play longer.
3. They lead by example, if they're brave, they show you how to be brave too.

An inspiring leader is not always the biggest or loudest person in the room, sometimes it's the one who helps others shine.
