What are huge space balls?

Huge space balls are giant, glowing spheres floating around in space, like really big bubbles that never pop.

Imagine you're blowing a bubble with your biggest breath, it gets bigger and bigger until it's as big as a house. Now imagine there are hundreds of those bubbles out in the sky, way above the clouds, glowing brightly because they’re filled with hot stuff inside. That’s what huge space balls are like!

What makes them glow?

Inside each huge space ball, there’s a fireball, kind of like when you light a match and it burns really bright. This fireball is made up of super-heated gas, which glows so brightly we can see it from Earth. These glowing balls are called stars.

How do they move?

These big glowing balls don’t just sit still, they spin around, like when you twirl a hula hoop. Some even dance with other huge space balls in the sky, pulling each other closer or pushing each other apart, that’s how we get things like galaxies and constellations.

They're not magic, they’re just really big, glowing bubbles made of fire, floating around in space!
