What are hidden energies?

Hidden energies are special kinds of power that we can’t always see or feel, but they help things move and change around us every day.

It's because of energy hidden inside the ball. When you drop it, the energy helps it move up again, just like when you push your toy car, but without needing your hand!

Another way to think about hidden energies is like a stretchy rubber band. If you pull it apart and let go, it snaps back quickly. That’s because the energy from being stretched was stored inside, just waiting for the right moment to come out and make things move!
