How It Works
Like a Slow Change
Think about when you mix food coloring into water. If you drop the color in all at once, it mixes quickly. But if you add just a little bit of color each time, you can see the water slowly become colored, that’s like a dissolve too!
It's not magic, it’s just one thing changing into another really gently and slowly, piece by piece.
Examples
- A dissolve is like a curtain slowly pulling away, revealing a new scene behind it.
- When your favorite movie cuts from one scene to another smoothly, that's a dissolve.
- Imagine switching from looking at the sky to looking at a city, a dissolve makes it feel natural.
