Not All Fruits Are Like That
Not all fruits behave this way. Some are "non-climacteric", which means they stop changing once they’re picked. Think of grapes, if you pick them green, they won’t get any sweeter or softer unless they're still on the vine. But bananas? They keep going, just like a snack that keeps getting better and better!
