What are air cleaner machines?

Air cleaner machines are special boxes that help make the air inside your room or house feel nicer and easier to breathe.

Imagine you're playing in a sandbox, but there's a lot of dirt and sand flying around, it’s hard to see and fun to play, but it also makes your eyes feel scratchy. An air cleaner machine is like having a tiny cleaner that works inside the air, catching all the little bits of dust, pollen, or smelly stuff that might be floating around.

How They Work

Air cleaner machines use something called filters, which are like nets with very small holes. When the air goes through them, the little bits of dirt and grime get stuck in the filter, leaving cleaner air behind, just like when you put your socks in a washing machine and they come out clean.

Some air cleaner machines even have fans to help push the dirty air through the filters faster. It's kind of like having a friend who helps you clean up your room by blowing all the dust into one corner so it’s easier to sweep away.

Once the air is clean, it goes back into the room, and now you can breathe easier!
