What are a million dollars?

A million dollars is like having a super big piggy bank that’s full of coins and bills, so many that you can’t even count them all in one day!

Money is like the special paper or coins we use to buy things. When you want candy, toys, or ice cream, you give someone money instead of trading your favorite toy.

Imagine you have 100 coins in your piggy bank, that's how much money you might save from doing chores. A thousand dollars is like having 10 of those piggy banks full of coins. And a million dollars? That’s like having 1,000 of those piggy banks, or even more!

If you had a million dollars, you could buy lots and lots of candy bars, toys, or even a fancy bicycle that can go really fast! It's like having an endless supply of treats for a whole year.
