How Toyota Cars Are Made - Toyota Virtual Plant Tour - Episode 01?

Toyota cars are made by putting together lots of parts in a big, fun factory.

How It All Starts

Imagine you're building a toy car out of blocks. First, you need the body, like the frame that holds everything together. At Toyota’s factory, robots and workers help shape metal into the body of the car. They use special tools to cut, bend, and weld pieces together, just like how you might snap together parts of a puzzle.

Making It Move

Next comes the engine, the heart of the car that makes it go. Think about when you pedal your bike really fast; that’s kind of what the engine does! Workers put in the engine, along with other important bits like the wheels, brakes, and seats.

Putting It All Together

Once all the parts are ready, they roll into a big line where the car gets its final touches. Like how you might add stickers or paint to your toy car, Toyota adds the paint, lights, and even the radio so you can listen to music while riding.

And there you have it, a brand new Toyota car, all made with care and teamwork!
