You can stop notifications from making your music pause by telling your iPhone to be quiet during certain times.
Imagine you're listening to your favorite song, and just as it gets exciting, a message pops up, boop!, and your music stops. That’s like someone suddenly tapping you on the shoulder in the middle of a story.
To stop that from happening, go to Settings, then tap Sounds & Haptics (it looks like a speaker). There, turn off Do Not Disturb or choose when it should be on, like during nap time or after school. You can also pick which apps are allowed to pop up and interrupt your music.
If you want to make sure no one interrupts you at all, tap Do Not Disturb, then switch it on. Now your iPhone will let you listen to your music without any surprises, just like a quiet room where you can enjoy your favorite song from start to finish.
