How Does Types Of Galaxies In Our Universe! Work?

Our universe has different types of galaxies, and they’re like different kinds of cookie jars, each one holds cookies (stars) in its own special way.

Imagine you're playing with building blocks. Some galaxy types are like big, busy cities full of blocks stacked high, these are called spiral galaxies. They have arms that twist around a center, just like how your favorite spiral staircase looks when you walk up it. The Milky Way, our home galaxy, is one of those!

Other galaxy types are more like quiet villages, they’re elliptical galaxies, and they look squashed or rounded, kind of like an egg. They don’t have the twisty arms, but they’re full of stars too.

Then there are the irregular galaxies, these are the wild kids in the class! They don’t follow any rules and look messy, with stars scattered all over.

Sometimes, galaxies even team up to make bigger groups, like friends hugging each other. These are called galaxy clusters, and they're like big cookie jars made of smaller ones!

So whether you see a spiral, an egg-shaped galaxy, or a messy one, they’re just different kinds of cookie jars in the universe’s giant kitchen! 🍪✨
