Leadership isn’t about knowing all the answers. It’s about helping people believe in themselves enough to try.
Why It Feels Like A Big Job
Sometimes it feels like leadership is like being the captain of a boat. You have to keep everyone calm and focused, especially if the weather gets rough or someone starts feeling lost. If you're not brave yourself, it's harder for others to be brave too.
It’s like when you're playing tag, if the person who’s "it" isn’t running fast, it might make the others feel like they don’t need to run either.
So being a leader means being brave for others, and that’s one of the hardest parts!
