How Does The evolution of the human eye - Joshua Harvey Work?

The human eye evolved over millions of years, kind of like how your favorite toy gets better and better after many updates.

How It Started

Long ago, our ancestors had simple eyes, more like tiny spots that could tell light from dark. Think of it as a basic flashlight: you can see if the room is bright or not, but not much else.

How It Got Better

Over time, these spots grew and changed. Some parts became lenses that helped focus light, just like how a magnifying glass helps you see tiny letters better. Other parts added color, like painting with different crayons so we could tell red from blue.

Eventually, our eyes got really good at seeing details, moving things, and even telling if something is far away or close. It’s kind of like upgrading your toy to have more buttons, brighter lights, and cooler sounds, all to make playing better!

So the human eye evolved step by step, just like you learn new skills every day. No magic, just lots of little improvements over time!
