How Does The ENTIRE History of Venezuela Work?

Imagine Venezuela is like a big, colorful cookie that has been passed around and shared by many people, some took more than they gave, others got left out, and now it’s a little messy.

The Beginning

Venezuela started as a happy group of friends who wanted to build the best lemonade stand ever. They had plenty of lemons (like oil), good water (like money), and a sunny place (like land). Everyone was excited, they called themselves the "Independent Friends Lemonade Stand."

The Sharing Game

Then came a new friend named Simón, who said, “Let’s all share this lemonade stand!” At first, it was fun. But then more friends showed up, and everyone wanted a bigger piece of the cookie (or lemonade). Some friends even took extra lemons to make their own special drinks.

Now, the cookie is a little squished, there are not enough lemons for everyone, some people don’t have water to drink, and the sunny place isn’t as bright anymore. But it’s still a big, colorful cookie, just not as perfect as before.
