How They Work
Imagine you have a box full of tiny colored lights. Each light can turn on, off, or change color to make pictures appear. That’s like how LCD, LED, and OLED monitors work, they use these little lights to show what you’re looking at.
CRT monitors are like old-fashioned TVs that use electrons (tiny particles) to light up the screen, it's like a fireworks show inside your monitor!
TN and IPS are types of LCD screens, but they act differently. Think of them as two kinds of paint, one is fast but not very colorful (TN), and the other is slower but shows more vivid colors (IPS).
Each kind of monitor has its own way of making pictures, just like every window in a house might look different, but all help you see what’s on the other side.
