How It Works
The Flip Switch
Think about flipping a pancake in a pan. You use a spatula to lift one side and flip it over. Birds or planes do something similar with their wings. They tilt them just right so that the air pushes them upside down, keeping them flying smoothly, no need for magic, just smart movement!
Examples
- A plane flying upside down is like a spoon holding soup, it uses air pressure to stay balanced.
- Imagine riding a skateboard and flipping over while still moving forward.
- Like a bird turning its wings upside down to keep flying.
