INDIVIDUATION is like putting together all the pieces of a puzzle to become the best version of yourself, just like when you finish a jigsaw puzzle and see the whole picture for the first time.
Imagine you're playing with building blocks. Each block represents something about you: your feelings, your thoughts, even your dreams. Sometimes these blocks are bright and shiny, easy to fit together. Other times, they’re tricky or even hidden under the couch, you didn’t know they were there! INDIVIDUATION is like finding all those blocks, one by one, and learning how they connect.
Carl Jung, a wise man who studied people's minds, believed that everyone has different parts inside them, like little characters in a story. Some are brave, some are shy, and some are silly, just like your friends at school. INDIVIDUATION is about meeting all these characters, learning what they want, and helping them become one happy team.
It’s not always easy, sometimes the blocks don’t fit right away, or you feel confused. But that's okay! Every time you put a new block in place, you get closer to seeing the full picture of who you are. And when you do? It feels like magic, but it's really just hard work and play.
