Gravity is like a big, invisible hug that pulls things together. On Earth, it keeps us from floating away. But on other planets, this hug can be much stronger or weaker. If you went to Jupiter, the hug would feel like being squished in a giant vice, and if you went to Mars, you'd feel lighter, almost like walking on a bouncy castle.
