How Does Financial stress & mental health (my strategies) Work?

Financial stress and mental health are like two friends who don't always get along, one is your piggy bank, the other is how you feel inside.

Imagine you have a piggy bank that holds all your money. When it's full, you're happy. But when it gets empty or starts getting lighter, that’s financial stress, like when you don’t have enough to buy ice cream for the week. This can make you feel sad, tired, or even grumpy.

Your mental health is how your brain feels about everything around you. When financial stress shows up, it can act like a loud neighbor, keeping you from sleeping well or playing with friends.

But here’s the fun part: just like you can fill your piggy bank back up by saving money, you can also take care of your mental health by doing things that make you feel better, like drawing pictures, playing games, or even talking to someone who understands.

So when financial stress comes in, it's not the end of the world. You just need to remember: you can always fill up your piggy bank again, and taking care of yourself is like giving your brain a big hug.
