How Does a ‘Fork’ Help Us Eat Better?

A fork is like a tiny helper that holds food so you can pick it up easily. It helps us eat better because we don’t have to use our hands or mouths as much, and it makes eating faster and cleaner.

Why Forks Are Cool

Forks are made of metal or plastic and have small tines (like little teeth) that hold food together. When you put the fork into your mouth, the tines help keep the food from falling out. This is especially helpful when you’re eating something messy like spaghetti or mashed potatoes.

Forks Make Eating Fun

Imagine trying to eat a sandwich without using hands, it would be harder and messier. Forks take some of that work away so we can enjoy our meals more.
