Fish sleep just like we do, they rest and relax when they're tired.
How Fish Sleep
Fish don’t close their eyes to sleep like people do. Instead, they slow down their movements and stop swimming. It's kind of like when you sit on the couch after a long day at the park, you're not running around anymore, but you're still awake.
Some fish even find a special spot to rest, like hiding behind a rock or staying in one place in the water. This is their bedroom, it's safe and comfortable, just like your bed at home.
Monster Fish
Now, some monster fish, like sharks, don’t sleep the same way smaller fish do. They keep moving all the time, but they still rest. It’s a bit like how you might walk around the house while taking short naps, you're not completely still, but your body is getting ready for more action later.
So whether they're tiny or monster-sized, fish sleep in their own special way, just like we do! Fish sleep just like we do, they rest and relax when they're tired.
