From Fiber to Fabric
Imagine you have a big pile of fibers, think of them like tiny strings. These fibers can come from plants (like cotton) or animals (like wool). When you twist these fibers together, they become yarn. It's like making a rope by twisting lots of small threads.
From Yarn to Clothes
Once the yarn is ready, it goes on a big machine called a loom, imagine it’s like a giant knitting tool. The loom weaves the yarn into fabric, which is like a flat piece of cloth.
Then, fabric gets cut and sewn by people or machines, just like how you might fold paper and glue it to make a card. This turns the fabric into clothes that we can wear!
Sometimes, clothes get colored with special dyes, think about how your favorite shirt has a bright color. And finally, they go to stores where kids like you can pick them out!
