DITW - What is Anatomy and Physiology?

DITW - Anatomy and Physiology is like learning how your body works, just like you learn how a toy car moves when you push it.

Anatomy is all about what is in your body, the parts, like your heart, brain, bones, and muscles. It’s like looking inside a toy robot to see its gears, wires, and batteries, that’s what makes it tick!

Physiology is about how those parts work together, how your heart pumps blood, how your brain tells your legs to move, or how you can laugh when something funny happens.

Imagine you have a toy kitchen. Anatomy would be the plates, cups, and spoon inside it. Physiology would be how you use them, like mixing pretend cookies or drinking imaginary milk.

Your body is like that toy kitchen, but much more complicated! Every time you run, laugh, eat, or sleep, your anatomy and physiology are working together to make it all happen, just like the parts of a toy work together when you play with it.
